On That Dark Friday.

Long ago on that dark Friday, they hanged him on the cross. His death seemed to be like the worst and the greatest tribulation a man could suffer. Hope appeared to die but on that early Easter Sunday morning it was all done after all hope seemed dimmed on that dark Friday.

The cross was turned into a symbol of hope and love, His perfect and relentless love was revealed on this dark day, God’s Character of love and supremacy was manifested on that moment, and despite of messes and disobedient he choose to die for us and loved us anyway, on that dark Friday.

Darkness was turned into light, tears turned into joy, the sick were healed by his stripes, slaves were set free and his blood! His blood washed away our sins, we were made as white as snow and reconciled back to the after a separation by sin, am glad to say it was on that dark Friday.

Out of this darkest hour, relationship between man and God was restored, the prodigal son became a Prince, the prostitute became a worshipre and a thief became a heir in the kingdom, victory evil was proclaimed, children of God shouted “victory is ours” on that dark Friday.
